How you breathe, is how you live
We carry with us the most essential and powerful tool to bring us into the present moment, release deeply held tension & pain, and change our physiology - our breath. And yet in our fast-paced, externally-oriented world, we have come to deny the wisdom of our own body and have shifted responsibility for our health and healing to medical experts.
Despite the foundation of health that our breath provides, from a young age we learn to shut down our full capacity to breathe, and as adults very few of us breath well. In fact, the majority of us use only 1/3 of our lung capacity when we breathe.Breathing effectively allows the uptake up maximum amounts of oxygen for increased metabolism, rejuvenation and detoxification, as well as increased strength, energy and vitality in all areas of your life.

Our breathing habits directly affect the way we think and perceive life. It is scientifically understood that when we hold or limit our breath - negative feelings and thoughts arise.Therefore, when you learn to breathe better, you become more present and available to breathe in the fullness of life. Over our lifetime, we experience a multitude of situations and events that profoundly influence the way we breath leaving us disconnected from the ease, flow and fullness of our own breath.

TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH®
Transformational Breath® is a gentle, conscious breathing technique that allows you to access the most powerful and efficient physical, emotional and psychological healing mechanism available to you - your own breath. ​
Developed over the past 40 years by Dr Judith Kravitz, Transformational Breath® leads in the field of conscious breathwork by harnessing the most comprehensive and forward thinking methods available to support, enhance and nurture your best physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.​​ In as few as 3-5 sessions you will be transformed on a cellular level that will see an integration of traumas and blocked emotions, infusion of oxygen into the body and brain, and a harnessing of new energy and knowledge to use this powerful and safe breath technique to lift you to new levels of awareness, joy and abundance.
I have worked with and studied this powerful self-healing modality since 2013 and am a Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group Leader. I do this work because it has been a transformative force in my own life - making my other practices more potent and effective and enhancing my connection with myself on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. With a background in psychology, I have been a practitioner of energy medicine for more than 10 years and of yoga since 1995 where I trained with Master teachers in advance pranayam in India. I also aim to inspire people to open to their fullest and most vibrant self through published writing for magazines.​

Breath Temple offers a potent opportunity to come into circle to raise your energy, inspiration, connection, and move what is stuck.

I will hold space and guide you with voice and music through a breathwork session so that you can develop independence in your breathwork practice, release tension, anxiety and fear, feel into your body in order to stay centered and grounded.
In each Breath Temple, we will consider various foundational themes that hold us back from shining our light in the world.

Group Workshop
If you are like most, you experience difficulty to access a full and free diaphragmatic breath. This limited access creates a build up of tension in the secondary respiratory muscles: the neck, shoulders, back and intercostal muscles; stuck emotions; negative thought patterns and a feeling of disconnect.
In this workshop, you will be invited to experience the consciousness of breath with award-winning Transformational Breath®.

​Transformational Breath® is different from other forms of integrative breathwork and yogic pranayama, as it involves connected breathing, sound, breath analysis, acupressure and movement. It offers a powerful and efficient way to deepen and open up the breath and free the mind and body. Quite simply, it gets you out of your head, into your body and deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.

​​This workshop is for you if you would like to bring awareness to your breath, access the full potential of your lungs, increase your energy, improve your circulation and digestive systems, improve your sleep, and release anxiety, tension, and blocked emotions, to name but a few. ​​​
