I'm very grateful for these love notes. They fill my heart and work with love and purpose.
I hope that they communicate the power and possibility that breathwork, energy medicine, yoga + Ayurveda offer.

"BREATHE
Practice diaphragmatic breathing which helps to slow your heart rate, lower your blood pressure and puts a halt to the “fight or flight” responses. Practicing a regular mindfulness routine can help your response to stress. One of my favorite breath coaches here on Mallorca is Danielle Satya Parla from Space to Breathe. I went to one of Danielle’s Ayurveda in Daily Life workshops and we spent a wonderful morning filled with deep breathing. I felt like a bowl full of jelly when I left. Yoga incorporates many wonderful breathing techniques, give it a whirl a few times a week!"

“ Noticing a lack of balance in my life; a need for some quite surrendering to still and silent times, the universe obviously did too and allowed me to recently meet up with Dani.
Dani is a yoga teacher, writer and psychologist who, luckily for me and her other students, now lives in Tokyo and is sharing her passions and in the form of Yin Yoga.
On Tuesday night I took my continuously spiraling mind and body to Dani’s studio for my first Yin Yoga session. From the moment I stepped into her tranquil space I knew I was in for some much needed chill time and a few awakenings. My intention for the session was purely RELAXATION. The outcome of the 90mins of Yin Yoga was far more powerful than what I had though.
Yin Yoga is, for me, about releasing, unwinding, surrendering, giving in and opening up. Gentle yet strong, powerful yet subtle. Some lovely and interesting sensations came up for me while in the various Yin Yoga asanas. I noticed as my right side, my dominate side stirred agitation and squirming while my left side produced smiles and funny memories. When I communicated these feelings to Dani after the session she reminded me of the right side being the masculine and left being feminine, an interesting insight into what my body was storing.
Naturally I am going to see Dani again on Monday before I leave for Hoop Camp. Dani’s guidance and vibrant energy coupled with the Yin Yoga surrendering asanas are just what I needed to start nurturing balance.
I also had a little twin flame, hoop moment while in an asana called Sleeping Swan, some beautiful visions came up which have lead to a creative decision... Thank you Dani!”

"Yin Yoga mit Dani. Stell dir vor du beginnst etwas Neues. Stell dir vor du suchst längeres Yoga. Du hast meditiert, oder auch nicht. Du bleibst du verweilst. Du spürst dich, du spürst jede Faser. Ist es ein Schmerz, was ist Schmerz? Eine Körperempfindungen, ungewohnt. Ich will aber wieder raus aus der Position, sehr unschön. Aber was passiert wenn ich bleibe, mein Bauchgefühl sagt mir es tut mir gut. Ich bleibe drin ich bleibe in der Position, nun noch 3 Minuten, atmen, ganz lang Einatmen, und ganz lang Ausatmen. Beim ausatmen Den Schmerz, nein die Empfindung beobachten, noch 1 Minute, die nächste Position wird noch schöner meint Dani, alle lachen, Humor, die eigene Grenze, wo ist sie? Gibt es sie wirklich, ist sie nur in meinem Kopf? Wunderschöne Musik trägt mich, hält mich, doch immer bei mir, ich bin immer bei mir. Oh nein nicht noch eine schmerzhafte Position. aber es war kein Schmerz. Oh, die Anspannung aus der vorigen Position ist weg. Ich bin frei, oh ja eine neue Position, mit Schmerz, nein einer Körperempfindung. Dani sagt, tiefste sitzende, sonst nie zugewandte Blockaden lösen sich durch längeres Verweilen. Eine Stimme in meinem Kopf, oh ja eine andere verspannung lösen. eine andere Stimme, oh nein. Die ablehnende Stimme beobachten, nicht werten, was passiert wenn ich einfach in der Position bleibe.Oh ja geschafft Entspannungs Haltung, liegen, Musik genießen.
