Meet Me
Danielle Satya Parla
What can I say, I'm a woman who has transversed the world with a deep curiousity and very wide lens on our courageous human journey. I am less interested in what is trending and more interested in what touches our deepest humanity and gets our creative juices flowing.
Because let's be honest - life isn't easy - but it is ever so beautiful when we can dance with life's challenges, as much as it's highs.

Since 1995 I have studied and worked in psychological medicine, clinical case management & community psychology. I have travelled extensively and lived in many countries where I have enjoyed, explored & learned about different cultures, traditions and people.
Adding to my formal studies in psychology, I continue to learn & bring mastery to invaluable resources that provide me with the tools to work with life transitions, relationship difficulties, loss, health challenges & pressure from work. Somatic embodiment, integrative breathwork, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, ancestral healing, vipassana, qi gong, and the ancient healing arts have enriched my own life and it is with great joy that I share their wisdom with you.

For over a decade I wrote for various magazines about travel, health & wellness which gave me the incredible opportunity to meet many incredible practitioners and methods, like the wonderful Japanese water scientist, Dr Masaru Emoto. You can read some of my work here.
Come say hello and tell me how you would like to feel so that together we can creatively align the daily demands of work, family & life so that you will be more energised, happy and inspired to align your choices with what is important.
