Healthy routines can be difficult to keep even when we feel better doing them, they can eventually drift out of our daily life.
And as much as we may resist them, we know that dis-ease is like a dripping tap that slowly erodes our wellness and vitality. 

The ancient science of Ayurveda is perhaps more relevant and powerful now than ever.

It is my aim to share it's wisdom through my workshops and classes in a very practical way so that you can connect to the 5 elemental building blocks- 

that, when in balance, are at the foundation of our health and wellbeing.

These fun and interactive workshops are for you if you feel tired, uninspired, disconnected from your body or simply know you ought to feel better than you do. And of course, expand your understanding of Ayurveda.


Part 1: An Intro to Ayurveda and Learning your Constitution Workshop
Be introduced to the science of life, Ayurveda, one of the world’s most sophisticated and powerful mind-body health systems. In this workshop, you will be introduced to Ayurveda; take a quiz to identify your unique constitution, or dosha; and the characteristics of each dosha.

Part 2: Powerful Cleansing Practices Workshop
​There may not be one pill to cure all that ails us in body and mind, but there are simple techniques we can use each day that have surprisingly powerful effects on our energy, sleep, weight, appetite, inflammation, & how we feel and look overall. In this workshop you will learn the core tools that come from the Ayurvedic tradition of self care called Dinacharya, and that guide you towards greater balance, health & happiness on all levels of being.
